Dubai recorded 3.201 residential sales in May 2018, worth AED 4,8 Mrd. in total - +23.3% versus the previous month and -15.7% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1,3 Mio., at a median of AED 1.199 per ft² (-3.1% month-on-month, +5.5% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
