Dubai recorded 2.597 residential sales in April 2018, worth AED 4,3 Mrd. in total - +5.2% versus the previous month and -33.9% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1,5 Mio., at a median of AED 1.238 per ft² (+1.5% month-on-month, +7.0% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 29.923 contracts were registered in April 2018, with a median annual rent of AED 89.353,9.
