Dubai recorded 2.634 residential sales in February 2018, worth AED 3,7 Mrd. in total - -13.1% versus the previous month and -32.3% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1,2 Mio., at a median of AED 1.245 per ft² (+1.4% month-on-month, +5.4% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 28.005 contracts were registered in February 2018, with a median annual rent of AED 117.419,4.
