The median sale price was AED 1,4 Mio., at a median of AED 1.098 per ft² (-3.4% month-on-month, -0.6% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 25.204 contracts were registered in June 2017, with a median annual rent of AED 118.223,8.
