Dubai recorded 3.112 residential sales in July 2016, worth AED 6,3 Mrd. in total - +0.3% versus the previous month and +64.8% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1,8 Mio., at a median of AED 1.324 per ft² (+19.7% month-on-month, +21.6% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 27.080 contracts were registered in July 2016, with a median annual rent of AED 131.364,5.
