Dubai recorded 3.316 residential sales in April 2016, worth AED 5,2 Mrd. in total - +37.5% versus the previous month and +31.0% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1,4 Mio., at a median of AED 1.148 per ft² (+7.8% month-on-month, -3.6% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 24.931 contracts were registered in April 2016, with a median annual rent of AED 96.487,9.
