Dubai recorded 4.241 residential sales in February 2016, worth AED 6,8 Mrd. in total - +62.7% versus the previous month and +33.2% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1,4 Mio., at a median of AED 1.157 per ft² (-0.2% month-on-month, -3.9% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 23.726 contracts were registered in February 2016, with a median annual rent of AED 88.611,2.
