Dubai recorded 3.094 residential sales in August 2013, worth AED 5,5 Mrd. in total - -41.2% versus the previous month and +67.2% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1,5 Mio., at a median of AED 1.087 per ft² (-0.4% month-on-month, +31.6% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 20.392 contracts were registered in August 2013, with a median annual rent of AED 90.187,5.
