Dubai recorded 1.867 residential sales in August 2011, worth AED 2,5 Mrd. in total - -23.9% versus the previous month and -33.7% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1,2 Mio., at a median of AED 848 per ft² (+2.3% month-on-month, -5.6% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
