Dubai recorded 2.578 residential sales in January 2011, worth AED 4,3 Mrd. in total - +76.9% versus the previous month and +56.6% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1,5 Mio., at a median of AED 889 per ft² (+4.0% month-on-month, -9.4% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
