Dubai recorded 2.280 residential sales in July 2010, worth AED 3,5 Mrd. in total - -42.4% versus the previous month and -65.8% versus a year earlier.
The median sale price was AED 1,3 Mio., at a median of AED 899 per ft² (-1.6% month-on-month, -0.8% year-on-year). Medians are computed across individual registered transactions - see the methodology.
On the rental side, 704 contracts were registered in July 2010, with a median annual rent of AED 64.043,5.
